[GRASS-windows] Georectifier status

This is a new error AFAIK. GUI's are like that. Someone changes  
something somewhere else and it cascades into unexpected places. I  
don't have time to do anything about it for a few days at best, but  
will look into it when I can. You can always create the group using  
i.group from within the xy location.
