[GRASS-windows] Problems with Mapcanvas - Resolved in

I was able to sucessfully create a new mapset using EPSG codes in
winGRASS63RC2 and enter the mapset without the previous MapCanvas Error.

Possibly. It would be useful to see the output from "g.region -up"
for a non-working location.
