[winGRASS] grass6.3cvs and the shell

Hi everybody!
I have installed wingrass 6.3cvs (as suggested by
http://moritz.homelinux.org/grass/wingrass/README). The installation is
ok, but, when I launch grass63.bat, it does not load the shell msys. I
would ask your help. Actually I have changed grass63.bat as suggested, in
this way:

Is it correct, or do I forget something?

I have noticed that from the help menu it does not load internet explorer
(even if I uncomment the line at GRASS_HTML_BROWSER).
I have also noticed that the legend numbers are not displayed.

Even if I checked the previous messages in mailing list, I hope that these
problems have already been discussed.
