[winGRASS] installing

Hello,



When I download wingrass63_cvs20071024_v2.zip or now new wingrass63RC1.zip unpacked it to C:\ it still writes this error:



C:\grass\bin>grass63.bat

access: Invalid argument

ERROR: LOCATION << C:\grass\bin\<UNKNOWN> >> not available

' "wish.exe" ' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

 

What can I do? please?
