R: [GRASS-windows] GRASS in vista

Hi Geoff,

I don't know much about cygwin on Vista. I only know that the native version
works quite well on it, even if it has some issues (such as r.patch, for
example).
This said, if you're not sure about cygwin and Vista, I suggest you to try
the native version, because it's very simple to install (just launch the
installer)... If you'll be not satisfied, you'll can always try the cygwin
way.

version instead?
