[GRASS-windows] d.rast, d.vect errors

Are you running d.vect/d.rast from the command prompt, or the GUI? 
Setting a variable from the command prompt will only affect d.*
commands which are run from that prompt. For the GUI, the image size
is determined by the size of the GUI's map display window.
