[GRASS-windows] using R with windows native installer GRASS 6.3

Hi Darren,

unfortunately I don't have enough time now to reply your question.
I'm replying just to tell you (if you don't already know) that we recently released a new binary revision of GRASS 6.3.0 for Windows native, built on Vista (see: http://grass.osgeo.org/grass63/binary/mswindows/native). Unfortunately that new release doesn't have the MySQL support yet, but it may be useful for other aspects.

Tomorrow I'll better read your thread and I'll try to help you on building GRASS with MySQL support enabled on Windows.
