[GRASS-windows] HIHI i have some problem when use native windows GRASS GIS, IT CRASHED.....

when i  install the GRASS in XP first time ,i open it
use the grass63.bat in C:\grass\bin,it appear the
GRASS GIS startup form,i clear the gis DATA directory
TEXTBOX to BLANK and close the form,after i done
this,i restart the grass again,it appear a message in
DOS console window,"GISDBASE not set",and appear a tcl
blank FORM in the MIDDLE,after i close the WINDOW,it
CRASHED,SO i reinstall all the program AGAIN,but the
result is the same,it appear "GISBASE NOT SET",But I
have clear all the files about grass in the
harddisk,it still appear this message....
when i first time run the GRASS gis ,the startup from
is OK,but when i clear the GIS DATA DIRECTORY TEXT box
and restart the program again,it crash,even i
reinstall it,i can't handle this problem please help
me.....
