[GRASS-windows] switching to GRASS, 6.2.3 or GRASS 6.3.0?

Marco,
I assume you mean open the command line window. Which I have done, but
I am not sure how to change to  C:\GRASS.

I am running Windows XP, sorry I mentioned that in the earlier post.
