[GRASS-windows] import vector with v.in.ascii

Dear users and administrators!

 

I just started using GRASS and working with it on Windows and QGIS.

I can't solve the problem of including or installing the module of importing
vector files from ascii files. 

I can't manage to get v.in.ascii into my GRASS modules of the GRASS plugin.
I got the files of grass-6.2.3 where I can find some files named v.in.ascii
but I don't know what to do further with them. 

 

I would be grateful for your help!
