[GRASS-windows] [GRASS]: help required.

Hi,
 
Iam new to GRASS. I am using WindowsXP platform and Visual Studio as
developement IDE. I have installed GRASS and CYGWIN.I have gone through
Libraries and functionalities provided.
 
Kindly help on how to create and build a sample code for displaying
spearfish60 data.
