[GRASS-windows] quitting wxGUI

Hi Milena,
You're quite right, there currently does not seem to be a way to
restart the GUI within the windows installation. This is true if you
start grass from the desktop icon, from the osgeo4w shell, or even
using a modified grass64 file taken from the non-osgeo4w installation.
In the last case, there is a grass prompt where you can type "g.gui
wxpython" but nothing happens.
