[GRASS-windows] CompileOnWindows finished

Dear Colin,

Thank you very much for your great work.
I am trying to follow your steps on a 64bit Vista Machine,
and got the following error.

checking for socket... no
checking for socket in -lsocket... no
configure: warning: *** Unable to locate socket() function.
checking for location of zlib includes...
checking for zlib.h... no
configure: error: *** Unable to locate zlib includes.
Any idea?
