[GRASS-windows] Manual html file associated with GRASS scripts/functions

Hey all

I'm developing a few Scripts (UNIX Shell) and some functions and It 
creates an empty manual page with just logo, name of the function and a 
copywrite note.
My question is how can I produce a manual/help page associated with each 
function/script?
