[GRASS-windows] Location Wizard Problem

Why would you want to change these values for LatLong?

Here it works (using a slightly more recent version from SVN).

A bug.
The question is if it was fixed recently or not. A Windows user
will have to check this with the current SVN version.
Here on Linux with current SVN it is ok.
