[GRASS-windows] 6.4.1RC1 libintl3.dll error

Hi

I have just installed WinGRASS-6.4.1RC1-1-Setup.exe (after uninstall of
6.4.0) and tried to execute my sh/batch script that used to run under 6.4.0
with no problem. I haven't changed any settings else, just using the
installer wizard. 
When I run the scripts in RC1 I get the message of ""This application has
failed to start because
libintl3.dll was not found".

Any advice/solutions to this?
