can you try a local workaround in 
C:\OSGeo4W\usr\src\grass_trunk\mswindows\osgeo4w\package.sh

by changing the line 
[http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass/trunk/mswindows/osgeo4w/package.sh#L96]

rm mswindows/osgeo4w/package.log.[0-9][0-9][0-9]

in 

rm mswindows/osgeo4w/package.log
