[GRASS-windows] winGrass 7 r.watershed bugs

Hanan,

the lack of answer here (sorry about this) is another indicator for me
that this list
should be merged into grass-user.

I suggested this some time ago:

and would actually proceed in the next days. I'll formally inform the
GRASS-PSC about it, so far only positive feedback arrived.
