Buenos días estamos intentando localizar expertos en catastro con amplia experiencia en trabajo de campo y organización de equipos para levantamiento catastral. Debe tener disponibilidad para al menos trabajar 8 meses en Cabo Verde.

Este es el perfil más en detalle:

Land Survey and Cadaster Expert/ Field team supervisor


University degree (BS) in Geography, Surveying, Cartography or other relevant field;

At least 10 years work experience related to field-based cadaster or land titling and registration projects;

Experience directly leading the work of large teams of field technicians;

Experience controlling the quality of field-based land survey work, quality of georeferencing work, and overall quality and land survey data;

Experience in interpreting legal rights information and data.

Demonstrated at least 5 years experience applying survey and mapping procedures, of adjusting procedures to meet the needs of specific projects or local contexts, and of developing cost-effective mapping approaches in support of improvements in land titling and registration;

Demonstrated experience directly managing and systematizing large volumes of survey-related data in GIS and alphanumeric database systems;

Demonstrative experience using innovative, cost effective technologies for gathering of large amounts of spatial data;

Demonstrated experience producing thematic maps to illustrate project progress;

Demonstrated experience leading and working with multi-disciplinary teams;

Experience providing practical, on-the-job training in areas of surveying, cartography and other related fields;

Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese is required.
