[gvSIG-Russia] Differences between .gvp and .gvproj projects

Hi,
sorry for writing in English. I want to share to the Russian community
the next mail from the English mailing list, where it is explained the
main differences between both formats, the possibilities of importing
them into gvSIG and how to "open" a .gvproj file.
