Dear friend,
I would like to nominee Professor Raghavan for the ica-osgeo-labs advisory board to be constituted.
Venkatesh is a great expert of open source, winner of the Sol Katz award and academic with valuable curricula. He is also a well known leader of open source in the Asian continent and one of the first promoter of FOSS4G.

I think Venkatesh can bring an experienced opinion and an Asian perspective into the advisory board.
