[Ica-osgeo-labs] Researcher/contact in Ethiopia

Hello GeoForAll community,

A good friend of mine, Assefa Yewondwossen (OSGeo Charter Member) will
be in Ethiopia for a month in July, and he is interested in possibly
assisting in forming an OSGeo Lab at a university there (and maybe
holding a workshop).  Does anyone have an OSGeo/FOSS4G-friendly contact
there?  I would like to introduce Assefa to a local contact, and maybe
they can together make something happen.

(Assefa will be staying in the capital, Addis, but can travel outside
that area if need be)
