[Ica-osgeo-labs] Laboratory of China want to add to the ICA-OsGeo lab newwork

[Bu Kun]

Our laboratory (located at Chang Chun, China) recently built which name is
"Geo-analysis and Geo-Simulation Lab" want to add to the ICA-OsGeo lab
network.  To archive the goal, what should we do first? And, our website
(http://gislite.net) is in Chinese's language, I wonder if it must be in
English.
