[Ica-osgeo-labs] Support for Open Geo Standards

Dear OSGeo,

Our world, human presence in it, has an opportunity to survive our more rapacious instincts.  But that is only possible if we are willing to work together in facilitating solutions to our common problems.

Deeply related to the success of any solution-oriented enterprise is the open exchange of information. The ability to freely exchange information is essential to everything we do in life, even life itself. It's that simple. This leads to greater understanding for what is good and beautiful and how we can sustainably achieve this.

So, we are either for open data exchange or we stand in its way. We are either part of the solution or we are the problem. Martin, Suchith and Cameron are our solution leaders, standing up for this critical issue, as over 120 of us have visibly committed to as well. Thank you all!

Each of us must decide what future we want for information exchange, whether it will be open or not. Please add your name to this list for open exchange of data, along with your association and your words for our future working in concert together. If you have any trouble, ask us for some help.
