Another idea could be the infrastructure of each lad and its main scope of
existence. These could help the rest of the members to have an idea who is
who.

Thanks Jason. That is very important point.

One of things we should plan is to have a web based template for all labs
from the main geoforall website to report activities (new courses, events,
training programs etc)

As the webmaster of GeoforAll it will be good if you give us an idea of the
development costs for the same as it will benifit all our labs. 

All - If any of you have further ideas on what functionalities we need for
the website which will benifit all the labs , please let us know and this is
a great opportunity for this.

I wasn't aware of a budget previously!  Could some of this money be used for
further development of the geoforall website?
