Thank you Ela. Great ideas all.

We request the community for any other specific ideas/inputs [1]. Fully agree with Phil's idea : "In order to expand FOSS into K-12 and colleges, we ask local G4A affiliate labs work towards organising a teacher training workshop during an event near you for teachers & educators from local schools and universities." So please take leadership and contact your local school teachers networks etc.

Thanks to Ela for taking lead in planning a dedicated teacher training/schools event for FOSS4G 2016 Bonn.

One key action from my end is to arrange a tele meeting with Mapstory Foundation to build ideas for teacher training , collaboration etc. Will keep everyone updated.

Suchith

Subject: [geoforall-ab] School education BOF#2 notes

Dear colleagues,

I've just put online notes from our BOF#2 in Como where we discussed GeoForAll and primary, secondary and high schools.

Thanks to all participants for great brainstorming! :-)
