Great work Sergio. The idea of linking the National Teachers Institute is fantastic.

We will also plan GeoForAll Global Educator of the Year Award  in school category [1] from next year.

​​​​​Oh, I didn't see Suchith's mail (ups... ). I'm sorry about not being able to attend the meeting. Great ideas indeed. Regarding Phil's idea -as I told you before- here we had already begun organizing these kind of workshops although we hadn't have any event as an excuse (I had written a post and attached documentation of one of it at <https://gvsigbatovi.wordpress.com/2015/07/21/taller-sobre-gvsig-batovi-para-profesores-en-el-liceo-no54-del-prado-montevideo/> https://gvsigbatovi.wordpress.com/2015/07/21/taller-sobre-gvsig-batovi-para-profesores-en-el-liceo-no54-del-prado-montevideo/). We are now in the middle of another one for students for teaching Geography (at the National Teachers Institute http://ipa.cfe.edu.uy/​; that means they are going to be teachers of Geography for all of the country's High Schools -public and private-). Let's hope Geoforall spirit begun spreading throughout the country (and beyond...)
