Hi everyone,

a few small website updates:

- added a shortcut icon for completeness (thanks also to Silvia).

- added attribution to the title tag of the main logo image, if you
  hover over it you will see the message crediting Silvia.

- turned the opacity of the logo right down (I still think it needs a
  little) to avoid clashes with the background header images.

- fixed the broken links on the training page, updated the link text a little

Let me know if there's anything else required!
