[Ica-osgeo-labs] "Geo for All" logo

For consistency with other OSGeo Logos, can we please ensure the logo is 
in line with OSGeo-Live conventions:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Add_Project#Logo

* Have a transparent background (not white)
* Stored in size 125x125 pixels (for PNG versions)
* Available as SVG
