[Ica-osgeo-labs] Letter of Inquiry to US NSF to support a Research Coordination Effort in the context of Urban Science and City Analytics

Hi Antoni,

Yes, I am putting US participants first, but the US NSF Research
Coordination Network program encourages the development of an international
network. There are rules about how the funding can be used, but I am trying
to show in this letter that we have an international group who wants to
work on Urban Science/City Analytics research and education together.

So having international names under the US ones is helpful.

Finally, I am hoping that the same ideas can be used by others on this list
to go after other non-US sources of funding.

I hope that clarifies. If you want me to send you the letter, let me know.

Thanks,
Charlie
