Great logos,
I like #3.

I see you have incorporated elements of: "Geo", "All", which is great.
If you are having further refinements, and at the risk of making the 
logo too complicated, you might want to also weave in the concept of 
"Education". For example, Wikiversity uses Columns (which I assume is in 
reference to old greek universities).
