[Ica-osgeo-labs] R: Update from the OpenGIS conference in Moscow

Dear All,

thank you very much for your support.

There is a huge interest and growth potential for GeoForAll among
Russian-speaking educational community. I'm sure there are more labs to
come in the nearest future.
