[Ica-osgeo-labs] Researcher Link through NEWTON-MOSHARAFA Fund between UK, South African and Egypt

​they only need application form as attached and I find it great
opportunity to get it particularly the workshop will take place
between 1stFebruary
2016 and 31stJanuary 2017.​ so we have enough time to be prepared.
