I do not think this is a problem Cameron, we have not even considered 
moving the GeoTools projects, I think the process only asks that we 
document our reasons. Q: If chris holmes is able to host confluence, 
Jira and so on on either TOPP or Telascience hardware would this allow 
you to consider migration?

I should also ask if we can remap geotools.osgeo.org to the same 
location as our existing geotools.org website?
