Folks,

The Incubator meeting minutes have been completed and are at:

As per decisions in the meeting:
  * We still need a mentor for MapGuide.  Paul Spencer is seen as being pretty
    close to the project to be seen as independent.
  * We are using the project tracker thing on CollabNet now to track change
    requests to the documents.  An "all open" query is available at:
