OK, I declare this motion *passed*.

MapBuilder is recommended to the board (meeting tomorrow) for graduation,
with Cameron Shorter recommended as official liason.

The motion was supported by Arnulf Christl, Steve Lime, Cameron Shorter,
Paul Spencer, Frank Warmerdam, Markus Neteler and Bob Bray.
