Meeting Time Messed Up!

Folks,

I'm afraid I messed up the meeting time for the Incubation Committee meeting
today.  I wrote 19:30 UTC, and indicated that was 3:30 EST, and 12:30PST.
Despite thinking I had checked the "world time" thingy, I still somehow got
that wrong.  19:30 UTC is actually 2:30 EST, and 11:30 PST.

Rather than actually hold the meeting at 19:30 UTC and risk losing a bunch
of folks who took my claim about the PST and EST times at face value, I'd
like to push it back to 20:30 UTC (keeping 3:30 EST and 12:30PST).
