Dear Incubation Committee:

On behalf of its Project Steering Committee, I would like to submit
the OpenLayers project as a candidate for incubation in the Open
Source Geospatial Foundation. OpenLayers (http://openlayers.org) is an
Open Source effort to develop a client-side web mapping application
framework. We're very pleased with how the project is maturing, and we
think you will be, too.

We've taken the time to answer the OSGeo Incubation Questionnaire at
