[Incubator] Meeting - new items

Folks,

A reminder that we are meeting in 2 hours (from when I send this).  I have
added a couple new items relating to my outstanding action item with regard
to commiter responsibilies.  I'd like to approve the changes to the project
status template today if we could, though the Commiter Responsibilities
Guidelines will have to wait for some legal review.
