Folks,

I'm pleased to announce that the gvSig project has applied for incubation.
I would like to schedule a meeting for Monday at 1500UTC which I believe
will make it practical for folks in Spain to make it (5:00pm I think).

I'd like to discuss the readiness of some other projects that are close
to graduation as well as the entrance of gvSig into incubation.  Please
feel free to add other specific agenda items.
