[Incubator] Meeting Minutes - gvSIG Mentor

Folks,

We had good attendance at the incubation meeting, and I have written up
minutes at:

I would like to bring a motion to incubate gvSIG but we will need a mentor
volunteer.  Anyone with experience of the incubation process and a willingness
to work with the gvSIG team (and not already mentoring another project) is
encouraged to contact me or email the list.  Mentor guidelines are at:

We also discussed the Projection Graduation Checklist, and agreed that it
we should collaberatively work on it, with the intent of officially adopting
in at a future meeting.
