I would like to suggest to add a new page of PSCs to
http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/about.html
-> Bodies
   -> OSGeo software projects steering committees (PSCs)
     maybe
      http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/board_and_officers.html

which contains link to PSC page [+ Chairman?].
This would increase transparency.

Digging around for a while in search engines, I found:

Just the link to the PSC? Since chairmans are officers (as far
as I remember) they might be listed, too.

Interesting that I could not find pages for some projects with a list of
the current PSC members! For some of them I could not even find out
who is chairman...
