[Incubator] GeoTools Copyright Assignment

Folks,

At the board meeting on January 11th, the GeoTools Copyright Assignment
document was approved for use.  This document was prepared primarily by
Adrian Custer (GeoTools) and Heather Meeker (Lawyer).  Projects wishing
to assign code copyright to the foundation are welcome to use this
agreement as a template for their own projects.

Adrian - can you point me to the .odt file corresponding with this? I'd
like to upload it to the osgeo server as well.
