[Incubator] Question: Who's name to we hand out as an OSGeo contact?

I am in the middle of contacting previous GeoTools contributors; one of 
the more interesting questions I received was the request for an OSGeo 
contact they could hand over to their legal department. The #osgeo 
channel recommended Tyer, does anyone else have a better suggestion? I 
am obviously going to ask Tyler, but this mailing list is the 
appropriate venue for a discussion.
