[Incubator] Board Approval for deegree / GeoNetwork

Folks,

I wanted to confirm that the board did approve the graduation of GeoNetwork
and the entrance of deegree into incubation.  I will be sending out
announcements shortly and I am trying to update some of our materials to
reflect the changes.

Markus Lupp, please let Jody or I know if you have any questions on next
steps for deegree.  One thing that should be addressed fairly soon is
developing an "info page" for deegree similar to:

   http://www.osgeo.org/mapserver

These info pages are normally the same material used for printed hand outs
about the project at shows, etc.  You can coordinate with Tyler Mitchell
on this, though I believe he is on the road for a day or two yet.
