[Incubator] deegree info page

Hi all,

as one of the first steps of deegree's incubation, I created an info 
page for deegree at http://www.osgeo.org/deegree. Whom can I ask to link 
it from the OSGeo main page?

BTW and for those interested: I updated the incubation status wiki page 
at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Deegree_Incubation_Status to reflect our 
current status.
