[Incubator] General gentle reminder to incubating projects

Hi all,

The deegree project team made quite an effort to set up or update documentation
about the status and results of the incubation progress. All information shall
be available via the official incubation page on the OSGeo wiki:
  http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Deegree_Incubation_Status
I guess that we're close to finalize this process. Any feedback is highly
appreciated.
