[Incubator] New application: rasdaman

I think unless the open source users are granted an unrestricted,
world-wide, royalty-free license to use the patent, there might be
some concern that only your good graces allow them rights to the code.
GPLv3 does a patent grant, GPLv2 does not. Were you planning on using
GPLv3? If so, that should be specified in the application, it's
important.
