[Incubator] Progress with Incubation

Folks,
looking at "Progress in the incubator" [1] shows little to no progress
from our incubating projects. I have talked to some individuals from
incubating projects and in some cases there does seem to be some
progress - but only behind the scenes. I suggest that this should be
done in a more open way for example by updating the corresponding Wiki
page every second week. If things are stuck because things are unclear
then this list is the right place to seek support. This is what we are
all here for. If mentors are not responsive we may need to look into how
we can better motivate them, etc. This also regards committment of
project team members to do the work involved in incubation.

If non of this improves we might eventually need to specify a deadline
(oh, I hate that word) for the incubation process. If that linie is
passed the project is considered shot and dead. This is what happens
when you cross deadlines...

This might all sound a bit harsh and maybe is intended exactly that way.
This shoud not put you off if you are in incubation. Instead please do
seek help here if you are stuck or have not even started.
