[Incubator] Motion: Recommend GeoMajas for graduation

Hi,

I'm wondering as to how I should proceed. Is there a formal date at 
which the motion is passed/denied?
Also should I change the wiki to add this item to the next board 
meeting? (currently the wiki says that the next board meeting lies in 
the past: 2010-10-14)
